The Hull Resource Management Group was instrumental in helping us implement an integrated rounding process that lowered our Medicare LOS by almost two days and cut our costs substantially. They trained our case management, nursing and physician staffs as to the need to work together to gain optimal outcomes which led to improved quality scores as well as financial improvement. They also assisted us in reorganizing our medical records documentation and coding process that led to our DNFB declining by half and significant consistent enhancement of revenue from more accurately documenting care delivery.
